Bill Hogue served on the U.S.S. Chew in Pearl Harbor when the base was attacked 67 years ago. He along with a few others from the American Legion Post 320 raised a flag to half-mast at the Tri-County Senior Center on Sunday morning in Pacific, Mo. The Flag was flown over the U.S.S. Arizona memorial before being given to Hogue.
